Last find for my envelopes of the first world war, this copy of 02/13/1915 (TREASURY AND POST 12) bearing the stamp of the super squadron VB 3.
This squadron to a story unusual: Created BR 17 on 02/08/1914, it becomes VB 3 the 05 / 12/1914 and VB 103 the 04/03/1915 to be finally transformed into fighter unit SPA 103 early 1916. His badge, originally a red star, will become the famous Stork Fonck during its transformation into SPA 103 and his driver is certainly the most famous Lt. Fonck , the first French ace of the first world war with 75 victories at 11/11/1918.
