Today, a new folder on the French air bases with BA 725 Chambery - Le Bourget Lake . This air base, built between 1935 and 1939 became BASIC SCHOOL 740 then BASIC SCHOOL 127 and finally AIR BASE 725 in 1964 to be finally dissolved in 1985.

The main activity was the basis for the training of helicopter crews with CIEH 341.
