With the support of EISA - Consultation of civil society to democratic and transparent elections - In its role as a watchdog, civil society in Kinshasa is the concern that the elections be conducted freely, democracy and transparency. NGO Civil Society Kinshasa think, since last Tuesday 1 March to Kinshasa, in order to formulate concrete proposals in line to make reforms on the electoral law starts Parliament. This, in order to help organize the elections free, democratic and transparent in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
The workshop, which runs until March 3, 2011, is under the theme "Contribution of Civil Society in Kinshasa in the process of electoral reforms." It is organized by the Office of the Monitoring Committee of Civil Society of the DRC with the support of the Electoral Institute for Sustainable Democracy in Africa (EISA). This, together with the network of human rights NGOs and civic education of Christian denominations (RODHECIC). ADVOCACY
